Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time depending on the item. If extra time is needed, you will be notified.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

The Woven Paws is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. The Woven Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
