Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Mistakes & Refunds
If an order was placed by mistake, a refund may only be issued if the item has not been shipped.
All sales are final once shipped.
If we made a mistake and you received the wrong item, please contact us at thewovenpaws@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.
Size or Color Changes
If you accidentally selected the wrong size or color, you must contact the seller within 48 hours of placing your order and before the order is processed.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Processing & Handmade Items
All items are handmade and may be made to order.
Processing may begin shortly after purchase.
Orders that are already in production cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
